If you are seriously ill, weakened by the passing of years, or you are scheduled to go to the hospital for surgery, please contact the rectory office so that the parish priest can arrange to celebrate the Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick with you.  In emergency circumstances, do not hesitate to call the parish office for spiritual assistance.

Communion to the Homebound

Saint Jerome has a team of Eucharistic ministers who lovingly take Holy Communion to the homebound.  If a Catholic neighbor or loved one would benefit from this ministry, please call the rectory office to arrange a visit.
